My sister Hannah surprised us by coming home from school at the last minute Friday night, so the whole family went out for Mexican.
Saturday was spent running errands and cleaning so we could enjoy a date night at our favorite sushi spot. (A big thanks to my Aunt Lisa and Uncle Pete for babysitting Hadley!)
My Aunt Pam came over Sunday afternoon to get in some baby time while I went to lunch and Target with Hannah and Halston. Having a huge family is the best because it comes with unlimited babysitters!
I rounded out the evening by doing laundry and eating roast, potatoes, carrots and homemade biscuits. Pretty good if you ask me.
How was your weekend? We have Hadley's 4-month shots this afternoon, so I'm not looking forward to that . . . wah, wah.

Families are definitely handy for babysitters. :)
We're lucky since we have one parent who doesn't work at all to babysit.
When that day comes I mean. Haha
Um, I am super jealous of all your adult time this weekend. I don't think we've had a date night in nearly a month!
You know I'll babysit Emmie any time for you guys to go out!
yay for family coming into town!! your sushi date looks so yummy and hope the 4 month old shots went ok, poor thing getting shots and poor momma too!
So the hubs and I just fairly recently began to explore and really enjoy sushi. I'm pregnant of course so I only get the cooked rolls and usually to with shrimp. Hubs may or may not be allergic to shellfish which is tricky. Anyway, any recommendations of good rolls we should try? :)
