I received our July box from Citrus Lane yesterday and was pleasantly surprised.
I signed up mainly to learn about new brands and products. As a first-time mom, I'm down to try anything that will make my life a little easier and my daughter's life a little more enjoyable.
Plus, it's fun getting a gift in the mail every month.
A subscription is about $25 per month and this box included:
On-The-Go Stacker from Zoli $14.99
I actually debated registering for this, but ended up deleting it. I was so pumped to get another snack storage system. We have this penguin snack stacker that I love, but I've meant to buy another for a few weeks. Score! You can put snacks . . . formula . . . anything really in here and it's not much bigger than a bottle of water.
Melissa & Doug Wiggling Worm Grasping Toy $7.99
Love anything Melissa & Doug. Wooden toys remind me of my childhood and I like things that are timeless. Plus they are tough enough to withstand Hadley hurling them across the room.
California Baby Travel Set estimate $2.00 (since they sent Shampoo/Body Wash and Conditioner and I could only find a set with 5 products)
I've been wanting to test out their products, and these are a great size to toss in a diaper bag.
NuturMe NurturMeals $1.50 (it's $11.99 for an 8-pack)
This was totally a new-to-me item. It's a pack of dired organic baby food that you can mix with water, formula or breast milk. Can't wait to try this out because it would be a HUGE space saver while traveling.
Me4Kidz Little Buddy Wipes $2.49
My friend Erin and I laughed when her husband admitted that he thought all baby wipes were antibacterial. Nope. These are alcohol (i.e. sting) free, smell great and will be excellent for cleaning up the baby when we're out at restaurants.
Postagram from Sincerely Inc. $10
This appears to be a $10 credit for a new app that lets you turn photos from your phone into postcards that you can send anywhere in the world. I haven't checked it out yet, but with multiple sisters living out of town, it sounds like a great way to keep them well-stocked with cute baby pics.
If you're totaling up, that comes to $38.97 worth of products for $25. Pretty good deal and I will honestly use everything here.
I wasn't compensated for this review -- I pay for the service out of my hard-earned dollars. However, if you're interested in trying Citrus Lane out for yourself, you can use my invitation link and we'll each get a $10 credit. Then, if you like it, you can share it with your friends and you'll get the same deal ($10 credit each).
Now, for the most crucial element of this review . . . what did ol' Hadley Blythe think?
